𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐟 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐉&𝐊 𝐇𝐚𝐣 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞

Srinagar, Apr 11: The Jammu & Kashmir government on Friday appointed Mian Altaf Ahmad, the Member of Parliament representing the Rajouri-Anantnag constituency, as a member of the J&K Haj Committee.

The appointment was made in accordance with Sections 17(1) and 18(1) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002, along with Rule 20 of the Haj Committee Rules, 2002. His tenure will align with that of the other committee members appointed via the government notification dated July 20, 2022.
