Srinagar, April 9: The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden in Srinagar, Asiaโs largest tulip garden and a record-holder in the World Book of Records, has achieved a remarkable milestone during the ongoing Tulip Show 2025.
On the 15th day of the festival, the garden surpassed last yearโs record footfall of 4,46,154 visitors โ the highest attendance ever recorded โ and did so in record time.
This season, the garden features a breathtaking display of 1.7 million tulips across 74 elite varieties, attracting nature enthusiasts and tourists from around the world. With several days of the show still remaining, the garden is poised to set a new all-time visitor record.
The accomplishment further strengthens the gardenโs standing as a top global springtime attraction and underscores its vital contribution to promoting tourism and the natural charm of Jammu and Kashmir.
Organizers extended their gratitude to everyone involved in achieving this feat and invited more visitors to witness the spectacular floral display in the coming days.
