A tragic incident occurred in Srinagar’s Soura area this afternoon, where a three-year-old girl lost her life after being struck by a scooty.

Officials reported that the child, identified as Nabeeha Safeer, daughter of Safeer Ahmad Bhat from Hamza Colony, Soura, was critically injured in the Awantabhawan locality after being hit.

She was immediately taken to SKIMS Soura for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.

The scooty rider has been taken into custody, and authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
