Touseef Rasool Dar Expresses Grief Over Tangmarg Fire Incident, Appeals for Support

Tangmarg, January 3, 2025: Touseef Rasool Dar, Youth Leader from Tangmarg and Member of the Railway Board, Government of India, has expressed profound grief and shock over the tragic fire incident that occurred in Ferozpora, Tangmarg.

The devastating fire claimed the lives of two innocent minors, leaving the entire community in mourning.

In a statement, Touseef extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and assured them of his unwavering support during this difficult time. He emphasized the need for immediate assistance to the affected family and revealed that he had a telephonic conversation with the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Gulmarg. The SDM assured him that all possible help will be extended to the victims.

Touseef Rasool Dar has also appealed to the Lieutenant Governor’s administration to provide ex gratia relief and other necessary support to the family to help them rebuild their lives after this tragedy. He urged the authorities to take swift action to ensure that the affected family receives the required aid without delay.

“The loss of young lives is a tragedy beyond words. I stand in solidarity with the grieving family and urge the administration to provide immediate relief and assistance to them. Let us come together as a community to support them in their hour of need”, Touseef Said.
