𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐂 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐡𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲

Srinagar, April 22 : Ghulam Nabi Shaheen, a senior leader of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference and father of the party’s state spokesperson Sara Hayat Shah, passed away on Monday.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Salman Sagar expressed his grief, stating:”With a heavy heart and immense sorrow, I share the news of the passing of Jenab Ghulam Nabi Shaheen—my beloved uncle, senior JKNC leader, former MLC, and former Provincial President of JKNC Kashmir, and father of state spokesperson Sara Hayat Shah.”

He mentioned that the family is at the hospital and had not yet finalized the timing for the Namaz-e-Janaza at the time of the announcement.

In a later update, Sagar confirmed that the funeral prayers for the late Ghulam Nabi Shaheen will be held at 2:00 PM after Zuhr prayers at their residence in Umarabad Sector B, Peerbagh, Srinagar.
