Srinagar, May 8: The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) on Thursday announced the appointment of Salman Ali Sagar as the party’s Vice Provincial President for Kashmir.

In a statement, the party said Salman’s elevation from his previous role as Provincial President of the Youth Wing recognizes his dedicated service and unwavering commitment to JKNC’s vision.

The party credited Salman’s “dynamic leadership” for bolstering youth engagement and strengthening the party’s grassroots presence across Jammu and Kashmir. “His new role as Vice Provincial President will enable him to further advance the party’s mission of promoting unity, development, and progress in the region,” the statement added.

JKNC leaders congratulated Salman on his new position and expressed confidence in his leadership to help steer the party forward.
