Jammu, May 7: The Jammu and Kashmir government has instructed all Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments to refrain from approving any kind of leave for employees, except in exceptional cases.

In an official communication, the General Administration Department (GAD) cited the prevailing situation as the reason for the directive, urging department heads to ensure the presence of staff under their control.
