Srinagar, Apr 16: A family of four narrowly escaped a mishap after their shikara overturned in the inner parts of Dal Lake on Wednesday.

The shikara capsized due to strong winds, throwing the family members into the water. Swift response from SDRF personnel and other rescue units ensured that all four were safely pulled out.

“All individuals were rescued promptly and are safe,” a rescue official confirmed.
