New Delhi, June 09: Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah has hailed the Modi governmentโs 11-year tenure as a โgolden eraโ of firm resolve, dedicated leadership, and strong public service. He highlighted significant strides in national security, especially the restoration of peace in Jammu & Kashmir and the Northeast, and Indiaโs bold stance against terrorism.
In posts shared on social media platform X, Shah said the last 11 years have been a transformative period for India, not only in terms of economic revival and social justice but also through a confident, proactive national security policy. โNaxalism is on the verge of elimination, peace has returned to conflict-hit regions, and India now responds to terrorism by striking at its source,โ he said, reflecting the country’s assertive new image under PM Modiโs leadership.
Shah stressed that strong leadership with a service-first mindset has helped the country achieve major progress in governance, security, and development. Contrasting todayโs progress with the situation in 2014, he said the nation had then been crippled by weak leadership, corruption, and a stagnant economy. The Modi-led governmentโs policy of โMinimum Government, Maximum Governanceโ reversed that trend, accelerating growth and reforms.
He credited PM Modi for prioritising the welfare of farmers, women, backward classes, Dalits, and marginalised groups, replacing appeasement politics with a development-driven, inclusive agenda under the slogan โSabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.โ
As Modi 3.0 begins, Shah said India is advancing rapidly toward self-reliance and global leadership, following the vision of โReform, Perform, Transform.โ He concluded by affirming the governmentโs continued commitment to sustained progress and citizen-centric governance.
